Dr. Gustavo Godoy is an orthopaedic surgeon who is fellowship trained in adult reconstruction surgery.

In addition to general residency training which included pediatric, trauma, spine, upper and lower extremity, and sports medicine, Dr. Godoy completed additional surgical and medical training after residency to specialize in primary and revision joint replacement procedures.

During residency and fellowship, he had the opportunity to care for athletes at all levels including members of professional sports teams. As a fellow, he worked with world-renowned experts on complicated adult reconstruction cases at an international referral center.

Dr. Godoy is a native Spanish speaker. He attended the Pennsylvania State University at State College as an undergraduate, then attended Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia for medical school. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans and his fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.
